Landlord protection coverage, through SureVestor
Sun Stone's Protection Plus plan includes landlord protection coverage underwritten through SureVestor, an independent insurance program built specifically for property managers. This is a SureVestor insurance product, not a Sun Stone Property Management product — Sun Stone facilitates enrollment as part of the Protection Plus plan, and coverage is governed entirely by SureVestor's policy terms.
SureVestor's ProtectionPlus Bundle includes tenant malicious damage coverage up to $35,000, loss-of-rent coverage up to 25 weeks depending on the qualifying event, eviction coverage up to $5,000 plus $600 for sheriff fees, $1,000,000 in third-party liability coverage, theft coverage up to $15,000, lock rekeying if a tenant skips or is evicted, and $5,000 in lockbox coverage. Coverage is subject to policy limits, deductibles, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and the Certificate of Insurance; ask us for the current policy documents before relying on any coverage amount.

Pricing FAQ
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. You only pay once we place a qualified tenant or begin active management, depending on the plan you choose.
Can I cancel anytime?
Our standard management arrangement is designed to allow termination with 30 days' written notice and no cancellation fee, subject to the terms of your signed management agreement.
What's not included in the base fee?
Repair and maintenance charges are separate from the base management fee; any applicable coordination fee or markup is disclosed under your management plan. Eviction-related coverage applies only when Protection Plus policy terms are satisfied.
